Northeast Passage is unique. Unlike most non-profit organizations, Northeast Passage does not have regularly scheduled volunteer opportunities. As part of the College of Health and Human Services at the University of New Hampshire, we are fortunate to have constant access to students. The majority of our volunteer spots are reserved for these students as a learning opportunity.
Northeast Passage does, however, seek volunteers who have a strong interest in a particular sport, particularly in the summer months. Volunteering through Northeast Passage allows you to be involved in an activity you love, while sharing that enthusiasm and knowledge with people who are looking to learn or get back involved in something they love.
To volunteer with Northeast Passage, fill out the volunteer form below and submit it to the Northeast Passage office. Your information will be entered into the database and you will be notified when NEP needs an extra hand or your expertise. It’s up to you to let us know when and how you’d like to be involved.
Volunteer opportunities include assisting Northeast Passage participants on the golf course, on hiking trails, and on the water, to name a few. NEP is always looking for volunteers for fundraising events, as well as photographers, medical personnel, and people with specialized skills (fiberglass work, welding, etc.).
